For example, we tend to recommend 1 OLOE® Shake per day for kids Aged 8 and below, as this accounts for around 50% of their daily Protein, Fibre & Iron needs. The shake itself is designed to be nutrient-rich but not a meal replacement, so in terms of daily use, one would be ideal in this case.
As for adults, requirements would be different if comparing the average daily lifestyle versus highly active lifestyles of athletes etc. Therefore, we typically recommend 2 per day to help hit macro-nutrient targets, which may involve having one during breakfast time and/or another after a workout, where necessary. No, it does not. The natural OLOE®Shake is 12 months shelf stable (from the production date) and safe to drink even if it hasn’t been refrigerated. It should be stored in a cool, dry place to maintain its quality. However, like most drinks, it’s best enjoyed chilled! Once open, the OLOE®Shake does need to be refrigerated and will keep in the fridge for up to 48 hours.

For Chocolate and Vanilla, they are 12 months from the production date. Banana is 9 months from the production date (so please read the labels carefully, which are also displayed on every product page). This is based on independent stability testing conducted by Intertek, which helps us obtain the Best Before date that you see on the packaging.
Methylcobalamin is used in the OLOE Shake to supplement for B12. As always, please consult with a health professional to determine if this is suitable for you.
Our ingredients proudly have global Organic certification (USDA/EU/NOP) and we try to source them from their origin location for the best quality, such as Fair Trade cocoa from Peru. They have also been independently tested by multiple Global Food Quality Assurance Agencies (Intertek and SGS).
We currently manufacture in a European-owned GMP certified facility in Vietnam with an experienced producer that can handle our type of product. This is done under strict Australian (FSANZ) standards.
