No, it is not. The OLOE®Shake is designed to complement and encourage eating a balanced whole foods diet as a nutritional super snack or to be paired with any meal. It is an organic, plant-based Nutritional Shake packed with premium ingredients for any time of the day. It contains Protein, Omega-3’s and Fibre, and is one of the most nutrient-dense, low sugar natural solutions on the market for children aged 3+.

As with the consumption of any food or drink (and depending on factors such as your gender, age, weight and lifestyle), it’s always important to understand your Recommended Daily Intake (RDI) of key macronutrients (e.g. Protein, Fibre etc.) and micronutrients (e.g. vitamins and minerals).

Ready-to-drink OLOE®Shake is suitable for any time of the day, no matter where you are. It’s convenient size fits perfectly into any school lunchbox.

We use Organic Stevia, Organic Erythritol and Organic Agave syrup to provide balanced sweetness in OLOE®Shakes. It is a designed mixture of natural sweetness with sugar substitutes, all derived from plants. Using them together allows us to keep low simple sugar levels.

No, it does not. The natural OLOE®Shake is 12 months shelf stable (from the production date) and safe to drink even if it hasn’t been refrigerated. It should be stored in a cool, dry place to maintain its quality. However, like most drinks, it’s best enjoyed chilled! Once open, the OLOE®Shake does need to be refrigerated and will keep in the fridge for up to 48 hours.

Absolutely! The OLOE®Shake comes in a 12 Pack Carton and can be conveniently purchased through the online OLOE®Store. Single OLOE®Shake units are available in select specialty grocery stores across Perth.

Organic Natural Flavours in the OLOE®Shake are derived from natural plant-based sources to improve taste, as opposed to animal-based flavours or artificial flavours, which are chemically made. The chocolate flavour is extracted from Organic Cocoa, vanilla flavour is extracted from Organic Vanilla Beans and the strawberry flavour is extracted from Organic Strawberries.

The OLOE Shake was made specifically for ages 3 and up with ingredients that naturally do not contain any of the common allergens such as dairy, gluten, peanuts, eggs, soy or shellfish.

We want you to feel safe giving it to your child, so we take quality control seriously.The OLOE Shake is manufactured in a facility that also produces dairy, gluten, and soy. All lines are thoroughly cleaned before and after each production. The final product has also been independently tested by SGS and Intertek, and no milk or gluten allergens were detected.

Yes, Erythritol (natural sweetener) is derived from corn.

Yes and it has been tested by Intertek resulting in no detected gluten.

No. The OLOE®Shake is dairy-free and uses a deliciously smooth and creamy coconut base.

Absolutely! Not only is it fun, but over time, solids in shakes such as cocoa powder may settle to the bottom. Shaking OLOE®Ready-To-Drink Shakes before serving helps to maintain product consistency and bring flavours to life.

No. The OLOE®Shake does not contain any artificial flavours, colours or preservatives. We are committed to using organic plant-based ingredients from premium quality sources.

12 months from the production date (so please read the best before date printed on the packaging, carefully). This is based on independent stability testing conducted by Intertek, which helps us obtain the Best Before date that you see on the packaging.

Cyanocobalamin is used in the OLOE Shake to supplement for B12. As always, please consult with a health professional to determine if this is suitable for you.

All OLOE® products are shipped from Australia within 48 hours of receiving and validating payment. We use Quickmail (end-to-end fulfillment solution) to transport all orders domestically.

Transit times may vary depending on the mail network load. However, we will always do our best to keep you informed throughout the process.

Yes, they can be different. This can be set up in the ‘Edit Address’ section of your OLOE® account.

We can only accept credit cards or debit cards (Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®), Google Pay, Ali Pay & Apple Pay.

All payments are processed through our secure third-party global payment gateway provider, Stripe. No personal payment information is stored by OLOE®.

In the ‘Edit Address’ tab of your OLOE® account, you will find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. Please note that the billing address is not automatically the same as the shipping address, unless you have specifically made it so.

If your billing address has changed, click ‘Edit’ to modify the address by filling in the relevant fields. Or, if you need to update your email address, simply follow the same process.

Yes! Log into your OLOE® account, click on ‘Edit Address’, then click Edit next to the respective shipping address to update the relevant fields. This only affects the shipping address (i.e. where you want the product delivered), this does not update billing information related to the method of payment.
