We ask that you read this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) carefully as it contains important information about what to expect when OLOE collects personal data (“Personal Data”) about you and how OLOE will use your Personal Data. 2.1 This Privacy Policy describes how your Personal Data is collected, used, shared, stored and protected by OLOE. By continuing to use the Site and/or by accessing and using our Services (as defined in our Terms of Use), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy which is subject to our Terms of Use and you give your consent for the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
3.1 We may obtain data about you when you visit the Site. We may monitor your use of this Site through the use of cookies and similar tracking devices. For example, we may monitor the number of times you visit our Site or which other sites and/or web-pages you visit. This information helps us to build a profile of visitors to our Site and our users. 3.3 You may receive personal data of our third-party logistics service providers when they contact you to verify certain transactional details (such as your specific requirements about the products, or confirmation of your delivery address).
3.4 We will only keep Personal Data for as long as we are either required to by law, for our business, or as is relevant for the purposes for which it was collected. You agree to delete our third-party logistics service provider’s personal data once your order has been delivered or if you have cancelled your order. 4.1 We may use your Personal Data for some or all of the following purposes and/or other purposes as notified to you or as permitted by law (the “Purposes”):
4.1.1 to process your registration for our Services;
4.1.2 to process orders and payment transactions made by you;

4.1.5 to help us provide, maintain, develop, test, enhance and personalize our Services to you;

4.2 Specifically, when you commit to making a purchase in the OLOE Store, Personal Data will be required to, including but not limited to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase through our third-party Global Payments Partner, Stripe. We imply that you consent to Stripe’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy in relation to collecting this information and using it for that specific reason only.
4.3 Furthermore, we may, from time to time, use your Personal Data to contact you to inform you about our latest products and services, promotional offers and other marketing information. You consent to being contacted for such purposes unless you opt out of receiving such information by contacting us at hello@weareoloe.com or sending us a letter addressed to OLOE at 30 Cecil Street, #19-08 Prudential Tower, Singapore 49712.
4.4 You may use personal data of our third-party logistics service providers only to facilitate arrangements relating to the specific order.
5.1 We will only share your Personal Data with parties with whom we have a contractual or other relationship (unless otherwise agreed by you) including but not limited to, third-parties that require such information as is reasonably necessary for the Purposes. Such third-parties may include the service providers, contractors, consultant, agents and/or representatives who provide services to the Company in connection with the business and/or operation.
5.2 The parties with whom we share your Personal Data will be under reasonable confidentiality terms not to use your personally identifiable information for any purpose not specified in this Privacy Policy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we do not control and shall not be responsible or liable in any way for the collection, use and protection of your Personal Data by any party with whom we share your Personal Data including any businesses, other entities and/or third-party service providers that we may conduct direct business-to-business sales with. Where you require us to provide Personal Data to any third-party, it shall be your responsibility to read the privacy policy of such parties before providing any Personal Data to them.
5.3 You may not disclose personal data of our third-party logistics service providers to any other third-parties except to facilitate delivery of the products that you have ordered (such as to a family member who will receive the products on your behalf).
6.1 Once you leave our Site or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our Site’s Terms of Use.
6.2 Specifically, once a link is clicked and you are directed away from our Site, we will no longer be responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
7.1 To protect your Personal Data, we take commercially reasonable precautions, maintain appropriate safeguards and follow industry practices with respect to security and privacy of information, to minimise risk of loss, misuse or unauthorised alteration of such information under our control. Notwithstanding the foregoing, while we strive to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee the security or privacy of such information, or that such information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by third-parties without our permission, due to factors beyond our control.

8.1 Should you wish to withdraw your consent to use of your Personal Data or obtain access to or make corrections to your Personal Data records, please give OLOE reasonable notice by sending a written request to hello@weareoloe.com or to OLOE at 30 Cecil Street, #19-08 Prudential Tower, Singapore 49712. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for retrieving your personal data records.
8.2 OLOE will cease to collect, use or disclose the Personal Data within 7 working days upon receipt of such withdrawal request unless otherwise permitted or required by the PDPA or other applicable laws and regulations.
8.3 Please note that if you withdraw your consent to any or all use of your Personal Data, depending on the nature of your request, OLOE may not be in a position to continue to provide Services to you and this may result in the termination of any contractual relationship in place. OLOE’s legal rights and remedies in such event are expressly reserved.
8.4 We also want to ensure that your Personal Data is accurate and up to date. You must only submit to us information which is accurate and not misleading. The OLOE Australia Pty Ltd mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by OLOE Australia Pty Ltd (“OLOE Australia Pty Ltd”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to OLOE Australia Pty Ltd’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of OLOE Australia Pty Ltd through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with OLOE Australia Pty Ltd. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to OLOE or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other OLOE Australia Pty Ltd mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
