• Items purchased on sale are excluded.

• To be eligible, all remaining unopened cartons must be returned - claims will not be accepted if more than 50% of the box has been consumed.

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to make a claim.

Partial refund - one box RRP minus original shipping

Because we always recommend first-time buyers start with a single box, our guarantee covers a partial refund of one box RRP minus original shipping. To be eligible, remaining unopened cartons must be returned at your own cost using a trackable shipping method with your order number included.

Damaged or faulty product - full refund

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault with the product, we will always honour a full refund. Please email orders@weareoloe.com with your order number and clear photos showing the damage or fault. Our team will assess and respond within 1-3 business days. This is the only circumstance in which a full refund will be issued.

To make a guarantee claim:

1. Complete the guarantee request form at the bottom of this page within 30 days of delivery, including your order number, a photo of your remaining cartons, and a brief description of your experience.

2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1-3 business days to confirm eligibility.

3. Return all remaining unopened cartons using a trackable shipping method, including your order number so we can identify your parcel. Return shipping is at your own cost.

4. If approved, your partial refund (one box RRP minus original shipping) will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
